Jimmy Brown: Rhythm Guitar, Piano/B3 and Vocal

Jimmys musical path was pretty much ordinary and boring at the start. Piano lessons at the age of 8, that lasted about 3 lessons or so, until he realized (even at that tender age) he could learn so much more on his own than Granny was willing to teach. So much for the world of Beethoven and Mozart.

Anyway, around the same time he saw these four young lads from an obscure place called "Liverpool", somewhere in England, I believe. They were playing on a really big show named after a guy named "Ed". From that time on the die was cast.

Little Jimmy started combing his flat top down onto his brow, his 1 inch bangs covering just a fraction of his forehead. He knew what he wanted to do and do so he did. He took up the guitar at 10 and also went back to the piano (thanx Granny) at 12.He played his first professional job at 14 and has never looked back since.

Over the years he has played with "The Core" (his first real working band) then moved on to regional touring bands, such as "Mad Hatter", "The Blue Meanies", and "Model Citizen". Jimmy also had the opportunity to play with one of his childhood heroes, Peter Noone, Herman of the legendary "Hermans Hermits"

With "Invasion", Jimmy gets to explore all these past influences and fuse them into something he has always wanted to do. This band is creating authentic reproductions of the sounds of the British Era. Be it "Beatles", "Stones", "Kinks", "Who", "Cream", "Zeppelin", "Sabbath", or "Tull", if its Classic British Rock they're doing it.

Joseph Bilzor: Bass Guitar and Vocals

Born into a musical family, Joe was surrounded by the music of the Beatles, the Bee Gees and the Byrds.  He was playing guitar, drums and singing at a young age, and in his teens, found he loved the bass guitar.

He entered the club scene in 85, playing early Rock and Roll, R&B and Motown first with 55 Chevy, and later with Sea Kruise.  An excursion into the Punk scene followed with The Losers, which evolved into the acoustic rock and roll duo The Toadboys in the 90s.  A chance meeting in 03 led to him joining his friends from the toad days, The Remnants, a regional Rockabilly act.

Now in Invasion, Joe returns to his roots of British Rock offering the band harmonies and British-style bass guitar.

Dino Lisi: Lead Guitar and Vocals

Along with many people from that generation, Dino Lisi's destiny was decided on Feb 8, 1964 only moments after watching the Beatles first appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show. The British Invasion that was to follow consumed his life. Many guitar lessons later he discovered the British Blues players Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Mick Taylor, Terry Reid, Gary Moore, and his favorite guitar player on the planet, Jeff Beck. That period was Dino's Second British Invasion.!

Having grown up in Providence Rhode Island, throughout the late 1960s Dino fronted his power trio "STONEHENGE." This Blues/Rock band opened for such acts as Donald Fagen & Walter Becker during their pre Steely Dan success, Bostons Ultimate Spinach, Jeff "Skunk" Baxter, John Montrose and Keith Emerson with the NICE.  Around the fall of 1981 while visiting Baltimore, Dino fell in love with the city and its rapidly growing Blues Scene and decided to stay. Soon he was found to be one of the regulars at all the Fells Point Jam Sessions. After serving time with a few local Blues/Rock bands Dino was recruited for the lead guitarist position, and spent most of his time with Ron & Geno Capitol and the Big Dog Blues Band. In 1995 Dino formed The OUTCASTS.  From 1995 through 2004 The Outcasts, with their blend of Chicago Blues and Rock, have been seen all over Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and North Carolina. They opened for such national Blues acts as Bobby Rush, Chicagos great Lou Pride, Bobby "Blue" Bland, and were proud performers year after year at The ANNUAL BALTIMORE BLUES FESTIVAL. Dino, along with The Outcasts, were also on the bill at the 1st Annual INTERNATIONAL BLUES FESTIVAL which is held yearly at different locations around the world. Recently Dino went back to the 3 piece Blues/ Rock power trio format with his band The PENETRATORS. Now, upon joining INVASION in March 2005, he seems to have come full circle. Dino is back to doing what he loves best, where it all started so many years ago on that Sunday night in February.
